Barefoot Bull, The Debut Feature of Petar Krumov

Our Bulgarian/Belgian coproduction Barefoot Bull, the debut feature by Petar Krumov, is now in postproduction. Produced by Rossitsa Valkanova (KLAS Film) and Kristian Van der Heyden (Harald House), the film is a raw, bittersweet coming-of-age drama about a farm boy chasing influencer fame in the city. Shot in Sofia and backed by Creative Europe MEDIA, the Bulgarian National Film Center, and the Belgian Tax Shelter, the film won Cinelab’s top award at Sofia Meetings 2024.

Final postproduction is set for October 2025, with distribution by No Blink (BG) and Periscoop Film (BE), and Heretic Outreach holding first sales rights.
